About us

Find your people in NYC through longevity, health and wellness meetups in New York. Longevity New York brings together curious locals for conversation, shared activities and a fresh look at healthy aging, with community events across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

We are part of Longevity Cities, a fast-growing English-speaking community for longevity, health and fitness, with local chapters around the world. Our interest is healthspan: the years of life spent in good health. We explore movement, food, sleep, recovery, stress and social connection while asking what the science supports and what remains uncertain.

Local event examples include the Breakfast Club at Columbus Circle and Sober in the City at Soft Bar in Brooklyn, an alcohol-free way to spend an evening together. The calendar also includes a planned fall community picnic and grip strength competition in Prospect Park. These are chances to get outside, share a table and meet people who enjoy thoughtful conversations about health.

Beginners are welcome. You do not need to track your biomarkers, follow a protocol or know anyone before showing up. Come on your own, introduce yourself and choose an activity that feels comfortable.

Membership and our own community meetups are free. You pay for your own food and drinks; any partner activity costs are stated in the event listing. Check the event language, exact venue, registration instructions and activity requirements before you RSVP.
