About us

Longevity Rave is an international, intergenerational music movement bringing people together through house, techno and the joy of dancing.

Founded by Tina Woods (Tina Technotic) and Yukari Takehisa, it connects rave culture with emerging research into music, movement, social connection and healthy ageing. Scientists, DJs and cultural innovators collaborate to explore how shared experiences can support wellbeing and help address loneliness.

Its scientific mission includes the JoyScore Experiment, an ongoing open-science research programme investigating the relationship between shared rhythm, collective joy and human health.

With events across London, Berlin, Milan and beyond, Longevity Rave creates welcoming dancefloors where different generations can meet, move and connect.

The dancefloor has no age limit.
