Dance with us and be part of the science. Our first live JoyScore Experiment night, at 45 London in Shoreditch.

London, we're back at 45 London for another evening of dancing, joy and celebrating life, and this one is special. It's the first live night of the JoyScore Experiment, our open-science study into how joy, movement, music and connection shape the way we feel.

Start with Pilates if you like: a warm-up class to a live DJ set from 15:30. From 16:30 we'll share a short intro to JoyScore over drinks, and you can register your interest in our London study. Our JoyScore corner stays open all night, and from 17:00 the dancefloor takes over.

Leading the night are our founders, Tina Technotic and Yukari, two DJs from different generations who met on a London dancefloor. They're joined by Kazuki Takahashi and Emilion Dollar Baby of Berlin collective Resonance.
Expect a room full of every generation. No dress code, no rules on how to move. Come with friends or come solo.

THE RUNDOWN
15:30 - Pilates warm-up to a live DJ set (Pilates + Rave ticket, only 20 mats)
16:30 - Doors for everyone, drinks and a short JoyScore intro
17:00 to 21:00 - Longevity Rave with Tina Technotic, Yukari, Kazuki Takahashi and Emilion Dollar Baby

Pilates + Rave: from £25 (early bird), then £30. Pilates spaces are very limited, so book early.
