Join the Longevity Ruck Club for a 4–5 mile ruck through the trails of Thompson Park — a beautiful mix of open fields, rolling hills, and wooded paths perfect for conversation and connection.
This is a social ruck, not a race. All paces and fitness levels are welcome.
Whether you’re training for an event or just looking to move your body, get outside, and connect with a community focused on living longer, stronger, and more intentionally, you’ll fit right in.
Bring your weighted ruck, vest, or backpack (10–30 lbs is typical, but optional), water, and comfortable shoes.
We’ll regroup at the end for a few minutes of recovery, reflection, and—of course—a photo.
