Longevity Ruck Club
Overview
Boost strength and cardio in nature while building supportive friendships, perfect for you if you're navigating health, finances, and life transitions.
Details
Rediscover Nature. Reinvent Community.
At its essence, rucking is walking with a weighted pack. But it’s much more than that. Rucking provides a fusion of strength and cardio benefits, amplified by good company and nature.
In addition to fitness, we traverse through discussions that matter:
• Health Optimization: How can we be our healthiest selves at this age and beyond?
• Personal Finances: Ensuring we're not just wealthy, but 'wHealthy'.
• Life Transitions: Embracing the changes and challenges that come our way.
• New Friendships: Forge bonds with like-minded individuals who share your aspirations and experiences.
