About us
"What if aging well was a skill you could actively practice, together?"
Welcome to the Longevity Seattle Community!
Longevity is often misunderstood. It's not about becoming immortal. Instead, we strive for a long life with a high quality of life, free from age-related limitations. And that's easier when you're not doing it alone.
The Longevity Seattle Community is on a mission to make longevity accessible, open, and human. We believe that the science of living better shouldn't stay locked in labs — it belongs in the hands of everyday people.
What we do:
- Organize free events where like-minded people connect, share experiences, and learn from each other
- Bridge the gap between experts and the community, bringing cutting-edge longevity science into real, honest conversations
Who is this group for?
- For everyone who wants to sustainably improve their health and well-being.
- For those interested in staying up-to-date on products, habits, and nutrition in the field of longevity.
- For those who want to benefit from the experiences and insights of others.
At our meetups you can expect talks and discussions on nutrition, habits, biohacking, and the latest research — plus genuine peer exchange on what's actually working.
All events are free. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are.

We’re excited to host our next Longevity Seattle event! Join us for an evening exploring how art, longevity and social connections interplay together.
- 📅 Date: Thursday, 29 October 2026
- 🕕 Time: 5:45 PM
- 📍 Meeting Point: Henry Art Gallery (right at the entrance outside)
Schedule:
- 5:45 PM - Meet at the Henry Art Gallery

Did you know? Research from University College London found that people who regularly engage with the arts, including museums, galleries, theatre and concerts, have a meaningfully lower risk of dying early compared to those who rarely do, even after accounting for wealth, education and physical activity. Art isn’t just good for the soul, it may genuinely help you live longer.
We’re also timing this with the Henry’s Thursday evening hours (open until 7 PM), and admission to the gallery is free, so it’s accessible to everyone.💬 Why Join?
- Be part of the beginning: Help shape the Longevity Seattle community from day one.
- Connect authentically: Meet others who share your passion for health, wellness and longevity in a relaxed, inspiring setting.
- Nourish mind and body: Experience firsthand how culture and connection can be part of a longevity lifestyle.
