About us
Longevity Cities Berlin connects people looking for longevity and health meetups in Berlin. We explore healthy aging and healthspan—the years of life spent in good health—through community conversations and shared activities.
Past events have included a Stammtisch, running at James-Simon-Park, a nutrition research discussion, and a visit to the BIOMES microbiome lab in Wildau. That mix reflects the chapter’s interest in both everyday health habits and questions about emerging research. Check upcoming listings for the activities currently available.
You can join with a specific interest in sleep, nutrition or movement, or simply a wish to meet others curious about longevity. Beginners are welcome. There is room to ask questions, share personal experiences and hear different perspectives without arriving with all the answers.
As the Berlin chapter of the fast-growing English-speaking Longevity Cities community for longevity, health and fitness, we connect a local community with the wider network while keeping each meetup focused on the people taking part.
Group membership and our own community meetups are free. You pay for your own food and drinks, and for any partner activities at the costs shown in their event listings. Check each listing for language, meeting point and participation requirements.
