Friday Evening Beginner Run
Details
Where: Meet at John Murray Park on the corner of 45th Rd. and 11th St. (near the Citibikes).
When: Every Friday at 6:30 PM
What: This is a beginner social run for ~10:00 minute/mile pace, depending on the group. We will run 5K route along the waterfront and Court Square, and no one will be left behind.
MUST RSVP in advance and update your RSVP to remain accurate. There will be no bag check.
