Where: Meet at Overflow at 46-36 Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City.

When: Saturday at 8:30am

What: Morning Run 4-10+ miles (with minimal stops; you also don’t have to do all the miles!)

MUST RSVP in advance, and your RSVP must be updated as needed to remain accurate. There will be no bag check
We will wait up to 5 minutes for late arrivals, so please be prompt!
