Where: Meet at Overflow on Vernon Blvd (between 47th Ave and 46th Road) in Long Island City.

When: Saturday (10/17) at 7:30am

What: Morning Run 4-14 miles (with minimal stops; you also don’t have to do the full 14 miles!)

MUST RSVP in advance, and your RSVP must be updated as needed to remain accurate. There will be no bag check
We will wait up to 5 minutes for late arrivals, so please be prompt!
