Breathing Techniques, Gentle Spinal Movements and Massage for Stress Reduction In-Person
Learn yogic techniques and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) to help ease stress and bring calm into the new year. We'll also experience gentle spinal movement and stretching to help calm the nervous system, and massage techniques on arms and legs to increase blood circulation. No registration required, first come first seated.
Presenter Carol Leitner, MBA, Health Care Administration, Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Baruch College, has been marketing, supporting and educating the holistic health community for over 20 years through Meet Up organizations totaling 7,000 members: The Wellness and Entrepreneurs Exchange, Holistic Living on Long Island, and The Long Island Entrepreneurs Meet Ups.
She has produced hundreds of health events and a number of Health Expos on Long Island. Carol was awarded The Outstanding Leadership award from Bob Proctor's organization for her work and dedication to the holistic health field. She is Sales Director for Natural Awakenings Magazine, voted #5 in the USA for Health and Fitness. Carol also teaches various yoga and bodywork sessions.
