Join us for a yoga series geared to emotional well-being and resilience with Indy!
Sessions combine self-directed Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation with gentle yoga to soothe the mind, relax tension in the body and open the heart to greater feelings of peace and self-compassion.
The session is beginner friendly. Bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes. Feel free to modify any pose to suit your comfort and ability.
These sessions are available for established SONA members only.
