Life vests: Free of charge (not mandatory but is recommended)

Confirmation/Reservation: To confirm/reserve your kayak, please follow these steps:

1. Please send a Whatsapp message to Lawrence Yung to let him know you are signing up to my event at: +852-9255-1942.
2. Once he replies, you are ready to submit your depositit via FPS/ Payme.
3. Submit your deposit of 30.00 HKD with Hoi Ha Store. Their FPS/PayMe account is:
   +852-9255-1942. On the day of the event, bring your receipt to the Hoi Ha Store and pay the balance in cash to the owner. Once you complete your booking, please send me a quick message to say you have paid.

Cancelations/Changes: Any cancelations or changes are YOUR responsibility. Please read the terms and conditions: If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above) is hoisted, or the RED or BLACK rainstorm warning signal is hoisted on the activity's day, rescheduled can be arranged but no refund. There will be NO REFUNDS for thunderstorm warnings or other weather conditions! Thanks!

What to bring:

• 2-3 liters of water (water available for sale along the way)
• Snacks to eat along the way (sandwich, fruits, nuts, etc)
• Waterproof gloves (optional)
• Aqua shoes or Water shoes
• Sunglasses
• Headgear (cap/hat)
• Sunscreen
• Bug Spray
• Waterproof phone case
• Swimsuit (optional)
• Goggles for snorkeling (optional)
• Dry Bag (to keep your personal items dry)

Changing Rooms: Changing rooms are available for your convenience.

Showers: The showers are located outside of the rental facility

Lockers: Lockers are available. No need to bring your own lock. Please: leave your Rolex watch, Hope Diamond necklace and other valuables at home.

Toilets: There are toilets near the Sai Kung Pier and also at the Hoi Ha beach area.

Stores: There are several convenience stores near the Sai Kung Pier and at the Hoi Ha Store. It is best to come prepared with water and snacks.

Meeting Point: 7-11 Convenience Store - Sai Kung Pier: No. 74 Fuk Man Rd. From here we will take a minibus #7 to Hoi Ha.

Time: 10:00 am (SHARP!)

Participants: Limited to 20 kayakers

IMPORTANT: Out of respect to the members that arrive on time, we will only be able to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Should you arrive after 10:05 am, I will no longer be answering phone calls or responding to messages as I need to give me time and attention to those that have arrived on time.
