Description: Castle Peak, standing at an altitude of 583m, is located in the western part of Tuen Mun in the New Territories. It’s known for its sharp, steep slopes, making it one of Hong Kong’s three prominent summits. From the top, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Tuen Mun, Yuen Long Pak Nai, and even the airport and Shenzhen Deep Bay on a clear day. With nearly 360 degrees of stunning scenery, it’s a must-visit spot for photography enthusiasts. Please note that this trail is challenging and physically demanding, featuring steep inclines and some areas with loose gravel.

What to bring:
- 3-4 liters of water
- Snacks to eat along the way (sandwich, fruits, nuts, etc)
- Hiking shoes with good support
- Sunglasses
- Headgear (cap/hat)
- Sunscreen
- Bug Spray
- In case of Rain: plan accordingly
Toilets: There are 2 toilets at the beginning of the trail.
Stores: There are no stores along the way. Please come prepared with water and food.
Meeting Point: Tuen Mun MTR - Exit B
Time: 10:00 am (SHARP)
IMPORTANT: Out of respect to the members that arrive on time, we will only be able to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Should you arrive after 10:05 am, I will no longer be answering phone calls or responding to messages as I need to give me time and attention to those that have arrived on time.
