The Left Hand of Liberty thought and action group will meet at China Buffet at 800 S Hover in Longmont at 6:30pm. This event happens on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month.

We are pragmatically involved in our circumstances, whether this with the local government, or self governance.

Left Hand of Liberty will follow or lead city council agenda in discussion and action. Join us if you want to do more than just think about options.

We are a 15 year old Longmont activist group that leans libertarian. The interest is in good governance and influencing current office holders (to do less).

China Buffet has a wide variety of food, not just Chinese, and we have been meeting here for more than a decade. The all-you-can-eat buffet is affordable at $15. The spice is nice.

This month we turn our attention to newly elected council members; the 2026 legislative session at the capitol; the future of KLMO - Vance Brand; and the recurring topic of government by the lowest bidder.
