Join us as we spend time grounding through somatic exercises and a centering meditation before joining the horses in the pasture.

First, we will work with a specific exercise in observation and awareness and come back together as a group to reflect and share. We will close with a meditation and time with the horses in a beautiful setting.

My hope is that you leave more relaxed and present then when you arrive.
Bring your curiosity! Also, a hat and water bottle.
