I’m so grateful you’ve signed up and chosen to spend this time together in a space devoted to healing, clarity, and heart-centered connection.

**For First-Time Attenders:**

This helps us keep our space **sacred, secure, and energetically clean**. Thank you for helping us hold that intention.

**Arriving & Settling In:**
Please arrive by **27 minutes past the hou**r. I open the space for class **15 minutes past the hour**, and you’re warmly invited to come in early — to settle, breathe, pour a cup of tea, and connect.

**During Our Time Together:**
1. We begin with a **grounding Energy Healing and Protection Meditation** — releasing what no longer serves and welcoming peace.
2. We then **explore our class topic** — through insight, dialogue, and shared discovery.
3. We close with a **Universal Violet Flame Healing & Clearing**, inviting harmony, restoration, and light into every part of your being.
