Topic: “How to Silence Your Inner Critic: Imposter Syndrome in the Job Search”
Job searching has a way of turning up the volume on self-doubt. Every rejection, unanswered application, and gap on a resume becomes more evidence for the voice that says you’re not qualified enough. In this interactive workshop, you will learn where imposter syndrome comes from and how it shows up in the job search, then work through three practical exercises to catch it, challenge it, and reframe it. You will leave with tools to quiet your inner critic and walk into your next application, networking conversation, or interview with confidence.
