Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and controlled breathing to enhance physical and mental well-being.
"This class begins with a seated meditation, centering, and a reading to set the tone and prepare for practice. Followed by easy, gentle and graceful movements that are combined with breath and focused intention, which fosters healing and a deep sense of peaceful energy." The practice is fully guided and can be done with no prior experience.
