Eimear Wilkinson has 4 years of experience specializing as a Looker Customer Engineer, Google Cloud. Eimear has worked over a wide range of customers from start-ups to large Enterprises in EMEA, helping them optimise their data stacks and demonstrate the immense business value that can be unlocked from data.

Niek Visscher, Suitsupply – From Looker dashboard to React Native: putting real-time sales data in every associate’s pocket
The initial idea seemed simple: surface sales KPIs through a mobile-friendly dashboard inside Looker. Design reality, however, was unforgiving—fonts shrank, tables wrapped, and the experience was anything but premium. Together with Devoteam’s Digital Lab, Niek’s team decided to step outside the confines of Looker’s UI and build a bespoke React Native iOS application backed by the same trusted Looker data. The result is a lightning-fast app with a polished interface that store associates rely on—and that Suitsupply’s CEO now opens more than anyone else in the company.
In this session you’ll learn how Suitsupply and Devoteam:

• weighed the trade-offs between an in-platform dashboard and a dedicated mobile app;
• engineered a lightweight backend that fetches and caches Looker data for truly real-time performance;
• ran daily triage between data, design and business stakeholders to keep momentum high; and
• proved value through adoption metrics—from shop-floor staff to the corner office.

With an MBA in Big Data & Business Analytics and more than eight years at Suitsupply, Niek specialises in aligning modern cloud tech (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) with concrete business outcomes—cutting costs, raising revenue and giving 1,500+ employees (including a very data-hungry CEO) the insights they need every day.
