Your Host Darren will present 18 years of his thought into this subject and share in simple terms, some very obvious observations about the long-evolved flaws in our social orders and no-brainer solutions you might never have thought of! But first you might need to be ready to suspend some of your long-held beliefs in what it means to be human, what is means to be a civilisation and what it is you truly want from this life.

We will not require you to provide your contact details or information if it's preferred but will set a point at the end of the evening where we will facilitate an opportunity for an exchange of information.
Why Speed Friending? In a digitised world we are finding it much more difficult to connect deeply in the real world. Many of us are migrants in a new culture that might find themselves somewhat isolated or struggling with their adaption to their new environment. Perhaps your time is limited or the thought of the high energy nightlife is just not your thing.

One of our very first event concepts, dating back to our opening in 2020, Sneaky Drinks is an International Afterwork Social Meet. We used to say, “your quick afterwork drink event, where your intension was to go for just one before heading home, but then not reaching home until breakfast the next day”… But things have changed. It’s a smaller intimate event at our large community table, alcoholic beverages optional, however consumption super appreciated. A great place to mix with an eclectic bunch of people as you learn about others backgrounds and experiences… and who know, perhaps you do only get home for breakfast!
