Our "Making It Happen" series is presented in English and hosted by Life Enthusiast and Coach, Simone Aveleira.
Simone will facilitate the around what it means to live from the Inside-Out instead of falling victim to the outside world controlling us on the inside. Learn about this simple but effective secret to knowing yourself better, living authentically and breaking the ties to burnout and stress.

Sunday Afternoon arrival time is 14h00 with the workshop beginning at 14h30 Sharp. The session will run for roughly 1.5 hours.

Who is Simone?
Simone is on a mission to change the world, one coaching conversation at a time. She is a cheerleader for anyone choosing to grow into a better version of themselves, wanting to Live their BEST Life and working towards creating better relationships with themselves. Simone started her Coaching Journey over eight years ago, and hasn't looked back since after the insight and change it brought to her life, which sparked something in her, wanting to share it with the world. She studied under The Meta-Coaching system encompasses Neuro-Semantics and NLP, which has brought a greater depth to the World of Coaching.
Did you know that there are Meta-Coaching Foundations in more than 60 countries? Simone has been involved in the leadership teams of the Meta-Coaching Foundation Chapters in South Africa, Mauritius and England, and hopes to bring Meta-Coaching to Portugal next.
