SHADOW WORK Workshop : Illuminate your unseen

Shadow work is to access the subconscious mind to uncover parts of yourself that are repressed or hidden. Ken walks you through strategies to tap into these elements of yourself for expression, acceptance, and healing.

There will be an opportunity to share your own experiences and questions over great coffees and breakfast options at the cafe venue LOOK.Sharp.
