We are all online a lot these days - for work, school, and even social connection. And while these technological advances have provided many new opportunities, they also can create a sense of isolation or separation.

Compassion Circles are designed to provide space for people to be together in person and feel a sense of connection, care, and belonging.

Session includes: time for sharing, practicing mindfulness skills such as self compassion and active listening, a guided meditation, and time for reflection. Come share or just listen.
