Los Angeles Chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH (http://la.siggraph.org/) presents:

• Next-Gen Storytelling in a Virtually Connected World *

Recent events are driving a mass migration into cyberspace. Next-Gen storyteller and director Brett Leonard and friends take us down the rabbit hole with this online interactive panel. We will explore XR storytelling, new forms of online social interaction and implications for our future. This will be a rich multimedia experience including case studies and live demonstrations.

We would like to extend an invitation to members of all Los Angeles Chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH members, and the CTC members, all of the ACM SIGGRAPH chapter-leaders to join Los Angeles online on April 14 for our Zoom + WebXR event with Award winning Director, Brett Leonard.

In the Online SOCIAL, we help each other learn about all of the buttons to push to play in WebXR and in Zoom. Then in the PANEL, we discuss actual STORY TELLING with your available platforms.

  Everyone is admitted free of charge to view this online event, though you must register with EventBrite (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/xr-storytelling-panel-virtual-webxr-meetup-presented-by-la-siggraph-tickets-102330340804?aff=lasigmeetup). We encourage non-members of LA ACM SIGGRAPH to join the chapter for the $40 annual membership fee online to get all of the 10 events that happen during each year. The chapter accepts credit cards (Mastercard or Visa only) for all dues or fees.
