Birding & Bird Photography Walk at Crissy Field (Free Event)

Birding enthusiasts, bird photography lovers, and anyone curious about birds are warmly invited to join us for a relaxed morning birding walk at Crissy Field East Bluff Picnic Area.

This is a free community birding event, and all experience levels are welcome — whether you are new to birdwatching or already enjoy observing and photographing birds.

🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (2 hours)
📍 Meeting time & point: Please meet at 7:50 AM at Crissy Field East Bluff Picnic Area.

The walk will be led by a professional bird guide, who will help spot birds, share observations, and guide the group through the area. Most of the activity will focus on enjoying birdwatching in a scenic coastal environment, especially waterbirds.
During the event, a photographer will be present to document the activity, and some participants may be invited for short, optional interviews.
We will also set aside approximately 30 minutes during the activity for an optional AI binocular experience, where interested participants can try our device while observing birds. Participation in this experience is completely voluntary.

Please note:

• Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting location; no transportation will be provided.
• Spots are limited and RSVP is required. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel in advance so others may join.
• This event is not a formal class and not a sales activity. The focus is on enjoying birding and nature together.
• This is an outdoor activity. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, and participate according to your own comfort and physical condition.
