Paid creative session about bread at Willis Wonderland in NoHo

Hey bread lovers (and food-world creatives),
I’m scouting for 3 to 5 fun, creative folks for a one-day paid brainstorm all about bread, plus bread-adjacent things like rolls, pizza crust, pretzels, and beyond. This is not a baking class. It is a day of swapping ideas, riffing, and dreaming up possibilities for a major brand.

Who we’re looking for:
People who are curious, playful, and have opinions about food. You might be:

• Bread or bakery obsessed
• Into GLP-1s, nutrition, or healthy eating
• Talking or posting about ultra processed foods and ingredients
• Passionate about food waste or sustainability
• Bringing a high-end lifestyle or luxury consumer perspective (think Erewhon shopper)
• Deep in another food-related niche
• Or just someone with a completely different lens that could spark new ideas

When and where:
Monday, September 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Willis Wonderland, the legendary bubblegum-pink home in NoHo of the late Hall of Fame songwriter and creative visionary Allee Willis. It is a wildly inspiring place to spend the day. We will keep you fueled with coffee, snacks, and lunch.
Pay: $500 to $750 for the day
