Military MMA Training #001
Details
2nd Saturday of Every Month.
Military MMA Training is a 2-hour, high-intensity group workout, designed to build strength, discipline, and brotherhood through a blend of military-style conditioning and mixed martial arts fundamentals.
The session begins with a physical warm-up and conditioning phase, including jogging, burpees, and partner exercises like buddy clap push-ups and dead-man carries. Participants then move into a physical ranking circuit—testing speed, endurance, and grit through sprints, push-ups, frog jumps, and bear crawls.
After conditioning, the training shifts into MMA skill development. Fighters practice fundamental striking combinations, stance switching, and kicks before learning practical grappling techniques such as the single-leg drag, knee-on-belly control, and arm bars. These techniques are then drilled together in live sequences to build fluid movement between striking and grappling.
The workout finishes with competitive team challenges, live sparring rounds, and takedown rankings, allowing participants to test their skills in controlled but intense scenarios.
More than just a workout, Military MMA Training is about discipline, teamwork, and building a brotherhood of warriors who push each other to become stronger—physically and mentally—every month.
