Synopsis:
This presentation will discuss the difference between the passive virtual of tolerance and the active virtue of mutual respect. It will argue that tolerance by itself lacks effectiveness whereas the active virtue of mutual respect will better address the root causes of systemic injustice and serve to develop social harmony. The principals of Freemasonry align with the virtue of mutual respect.
