Are instantpots only for "mommy bloggers more concerned with time efficiency than flavor? I thought so 'till I played with one. Current estimates are about 25% of households own one.Don't have one, no problem any pressure cooker or slow cooker will do. Or if you don't mind the drive, you may borrow one from me.

There are also a slew of other sources for instantpot recipes - - Like Melisa Clark's book and Madhur Jaffrey's Instantly Indian Cookbook. (the 2 milk street books are the same books - published with 2 different titles)
