Welcome to the LA CREATIVE WOMEN COLLECTIVE - A Group for Creative, Expansive Women.

I've been feeling the pull for real connection and meaningful conversation with other creative women. For spaces where you don’t have to perform, prove, or have it all figured out. Spaces where you can just be—messy, inspired, unsure, creative, expanding, all of it.

We’re in a time of massive shift. The world feels uncertain. So many of us are carrying unspoken weight—worry, anxiety, loneliness, the feeling of being untethered from what we once knew. We’re navigating transitions, asking bigger questions, and feeling the pull for something more—more connection, more meaning, more spaces where we can breathe, be seen, and reconnect to ourselves.

Lately, I’ve been craving spaces that fill me up instead of drain me. Conversations that go beyond the surface. Moments where I can gather with women who aren’t afraid to be real about what they’re experiencing, what they’re creating, and where they’re being called to step next.

Because here’s what I believe:

Creativity, expression, and gathering in intentional spaces can heal us. They remind us of who we are. They help us move forward when we feel stuck. They bring us back to ourselves, our voices, our courage, and to one another.

I’ve noticed that so many women are craving something different.

✨ A place where we don’t have to be “on” all the time.
✨ A space where we can ask the big questions: Who am I now? What’s next? What do I actually want?
✨ A community where we can be in conversation about creativity, self-expression, and stepping into the next version of ourselves—without pressure, without expectation, just truthfully.

A little about me—
I’m Kristina Italic—a creative director, mentor, leadership advisor, speaker, and facilitator with 20 years of experience at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and creative revolution. I’ve worked with visionaries, executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives across industries—from Level I Trauma Hospitals to Wall Street to Hollywood—guiding them to break barriers and redefine what’s possible.

Now? I create immersive, transformational experiences that empower women to reclaim their voice, step into their creative power, and take up space—fully, boldly, and unapologetically.

I went looking for this kind of space. I didn’t find it. So I decided to create it.

This is not just another Meetup.
This is not just another “networking” thing.
This is not about small talk.

It’s the beginning of something bigger. A place for deep, meaningful conversations. For creative energy to flow. For women who are done playing small and are ready to step fully into themselves.

This is about coming home to YOU - your true self.

I’m creating a space where women can gather in beautiful, intentional settings to have real, soul-stirring conversations—the ones we don’t always get to have in our everyday lives. A space where we don’t just talk about what’s happening on the surface, but what’s happening inside us.

A space where we talk about:

The first theme we will be discussing? Rediscovery. Who am I now?

Because let’s be real—so many of us know who we are in relation to our work, our lives, our responsibilities. But who are we to ourselves and our own creative voice? Who are we when we strip away the roles and expectations?
