

What we’re about
"Return to Connect" is a community reminding us to Return to our most resourced selves, in order to fully connect with other and our goals. Ly-Lan Lofgren, therapist and coach, leads these meetings to help people practice helpful tools to reach their goals.
Our free groups are 15 minutes of EMDR and EFT Tapping led by LCSW Therapist, Ly-Lan Lofgren. Q&A and socializing is available after the 15 minute practice. We have up to 80 members, practicing together, live. It's a powerful group experience, and only takes 15 minutes.
We also have free one hour groups for supporting each other to get tasks done. This is called body doubling, mastermind, parallel working or accountability partnering.
We meet to support each other in regular practice of EMDR and EFT Tapping, Mindfulness practices and body doubling. These are evidence-based brain exercises that often make us feel more grounded and resourced immediately. We also have an optional WhatsApp Group for daily support. 15 minutes of practicing together with a live therapist available for Q&A. Sometimes if EMDR or EFT tapping is not working, it can be helpful to have some guidance on getting more specific.
Meetings include a variety of free and paid, zoom and in-person offerings.

In this 2 hour group, Ly-Lan will guide you on your path out of procrastination. If you are signing up, you already have intentions and have put effort into acheiving this goal.
In the group:
We will have brief introductions and share our goals for overcoming procrastination.
Ly-Lan will guide the group through EMDR and EFT Tapping, and then hypnosis for beating the urge to procrastinate.
You will also be given prompts for recording your own hypnosis script, and you will have time to record yourself reading the script for future use.
