Let's get our meet to check off our mid-week to-do list!
Many brains work best in the presence of others. We call this enhanced brain functioning mastermind, accountability, body doubling, etc.

At 11am, we practice self-regulation tools from EMDR and EFT and check-in (total 5 minutes),
and then we accomplish our do-able tasks in the next 25 minutes.
Repeat.
And end by 12.

What are you working on?
Laundry, Bills, making your Reels, outreach calls, day trading, online shopping, studying, exercise, writing, anything at all!
