TRAIL RUN (66.7 miles) - Full Backbone Trail

This is a self-imposed ultra run of 2024!
In order to sign up, you MUST attend ALL training runs that may be scheduled. If you’d can’t attend, I will give you my planned runs to do on your own time.
Must show proof of completion via Strava, Apple Watch, garmin, etc.

You must be in peak physical conditioning to attempt this. This will not be a race, rather a group run, where we will push and motivate each other on this epic and scenic trail!!!
- You will be waitlisted until August 1st.
- if you have completed the required training runs between now and then, you will be listed as “attending”
COURSE PROFILE
Distance: 66.7 Miles
Elevation Gain: 12,837 ft
Point to Point
We will start at Ray Miller in the Ventura area, and finish at Will Rogers
Carpool and shuttles will be arranged closer to date.
What to bring:
- Minimum 3L water, and fill up at designated water stations along the trail. Certain areas will be mentioned later to the date
- electrolytes
- food
- first aid kit
- extra pair of socks
- phone chargers
If we can get trail angel, I will let you know.
Given my current schedule, I won’t be able to enter an actual race, and have been eying the full backbone trail for awhile!
