What we’re about

Los Angeles based group focusing on checking out the latest movie releases. Whether you’re looking to watch a certain film together, meet some new people, or have nothing better to do on a Friday night; Los Angeles Moviegoers is your one stop shop to fulfill any of those needs!

Do note that the preferred theater of choice is AMC, so having an A-List membership really does make a world of a difference in saving money on tickets.

If you do come across this group, I do hope you have a wonderful time at any of the organized events and I will do my best to ensure that all the preparations are taken care of. I also host a hiking group, book club, and even just general hangouts, so please check those out when you have a chance.

Hello everyone, I am pleased and excited to host a watch party of the new The Conjuring: Last Rites on opening weekend.

Just a few important reminders to help keep things organized and ensure a smooth event experience.

I will be purchasing the tickets so that we can sit next to each other or nearby. In order to do that, you can Venmo me: BryanChen3 for the amount of $18.99 plus any other guest you decide to bring. I highly recommend you send your payments as early as possible because depending on the movie, I might not be able to guarantee a spot near the rest of us. If you have an AMC A-List, please message me so I’m able to note it when picking out seats.

Once payment is received I will send you my contact info for easier communication.

Other general considerations are to be mindful and respectful of everyone at the event and to remember that we are just there to have fun. Failure to do so will result in not being able to participate in future meetups within this group.
