Monthly LA Multfamily Investors Group Meeting

We are excited to announce our next Meetup for the LA Multifamily Real Estate Networking Group on Saturday, February 11 at 11am. Our guest speaker will be real estate investor John Albanis who will speak about his experience in handling "cash for keys" tenant relocations, including the new rules promulgated by the LA Housing Department. This is an important topic especially for those real estate investors who are considering a purchase of a rent controlled property with long term tenants.

Every session, Will Tiao of Tiao Properties will go over different deals that are currently on the market in various parts of the City, including basics such as how to analyze rates of return. Will will also go over some of the issues to expect once you close a deal with regards to property management.

There will be free food and drink and a chance to mingle with other investors both before and after the talk, as well as to ask questions to any of the lenders or other income property specialists.
