Sunset sketch in nature

Join us for a relaxing and inspiring sunset workshop hosted by Los Angeles Nature Sketch, dedicated to promoting community through nature-themed activities.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while exploring mindfulness and creativity through sketching. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a nature walk, and drawing exercises to help you reconnect with the natural world and tap into your inner artist. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, socialize, and unleash your creativity in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This event includes views of the whole of Los Angeles, and is on a trial off of Mulholland Drive. Full of vistas, hills and flowers.

To bring: sketch book and drawing materials, charcoal provided
Instructor fee: $35

Agenda:
10 am meet and walk to first visa where we will do short sketches of 5-10 minutes.
10.30 we will walk to a new vista, share work and discuss nature drawing techniques.
10.40-11 engage in longer sketches of 12-15 minutes.
11.10-11.50 the fun part! We draw for 20 minutes with prompts.
11.50-12 we share our work and walk back to the parking lot and discuss our art practice.
