Introduction to Kabbalah: Meeting the Ten Sephirot

The Tree of Life is a glyph that is at the center of the study of Kabbalah, but it can also be a way of organizing thoughts, concepts, parts of self, aspects of the Divine, and so much more.

There are ten “fruits” on the Tree; these are called Sephirot (plural) or Sephira (singular). These are at the foundation of how I work with and teach Kabbalah. Each has a flavor, and energy, and each is different from the next or the last.

In this trance journey, I will be lightly guiding you through your own personal experience of the Sephirot, climbing up the Tree and then gliding back down.

You will need to be sitting upright for the journey. I will send a link to a handout, which you will need to print out, and you’ll want a writing implement.
