5 Steps to Enterprise AI

1. Use cases & people: Select 2–3 high-impact use cases, redundant and high value, with executive sponsorship, using a responsible AI approach.
2. Data & process (KB/RAG): Your business DNA. Inventory key data sources (e.g., Teams, Slack, Zoom), confirm owners, and identify the minimum data needed.
3. Tech & integration: Define secure connectors, data pipelines for freshness/accuracy, prompts, integrations, and agent workflows.
4. Privacy & security by design: don't train public models, least-privilege, redaction/retention, and auditability (approved sources/citations).
5. Scale: Leverage wins to promote, understand risk factors, monitor cost/latency, keep humans in the loop, then expand to enterprise rollout with "pull" from staff.
