What to bring: any camera and tripod
Fee: $50 towards the instructor

Agenda:

• 2.00pm: Meet in silverlake for a meet and greet, discuss the class.
• 2.10-2.20pm: Learn basics of portrait photography including light, shade, use of backdrops, posing and story telling.
• 2.20-2.45pm: Pair up and shoot practicing techniques we have learnt.
• 2.45-2.50pm: Walk to new location and discuss self portraiture.
• 2.50-3.00pm: Show and tell of images, discuss what is working, what is not. Pair up with new partners.
• 3.00-3.25pm: Shoot more content with new techniques, learn how to cultivate the magic moment, changing depth of fields and how to arrange your subject, or shoot a self portrait!
• 3.25-3.30pm: One more show and tell and discussion of what’s next.
