At Van Ness Recreation Center in South LA. I am going to be practicing coaching and training for speed in running which involves different drills to change technique and the way we move when running. Come join me. Limited amount of people to keep it small as I don't know who else will be in the park.

Good for anyone who runs, plays a running sport like soccer, basketball, football, rugby, etc
