WHERE ARE THE DEALS?

What's the number one question that we’re asked at LAREIA meetings? Where can I find deals?

On Wednesday, July 13th, the meeting will be dedicated to help you FIND deals

We will have a presentation on where and how to find deals and then an open forum discussion on how some of our members are currently finding deals.

What's the best way? The one that works for you! And it's either working with someone who's good at finding deals (RE agents or wholesalers) or pursuing a niche.

If you don't have the time or marketing knowledge; you'll have to pay someone to find the deals for you. And there's nothing wrong with that. Do what you do best & pay them to do what they do best.

We're going to combine everyone's input to come up with a list of ways of finding deals (which will include using others) that anyone can do and make them available for members to download. Fair enough?

So come to our next meeting this Wednesday July 13th and learn ways to find those elusive deals!
