Zorro began investing in 2002 flipping houses. During the meltdown, he decided to stop flipping houses and begin building monthly cash flow by owning and operating mobile home parks. Things were not easy at first, his first mobile home park was a major REO turnaround property purchased at the end of 2008.
He learned the business by actually working in the business hands-on. After many lessons learned he will share his journey in the asset class, the good, bad and the ugly.
Zorro loves to mountain bike and to play soccer as much as possible... when he's not racing around on his horse to combat evil and slash "Z" everywhere. (isn't graffiti illegal?)
