Most people have no idea of the POWER and OPPORTUNITIES available using exchanging! If they think of exchanging at all, it's only in regard with IRS Code Section 1031. Which is wonderful in that you take the profits one deal and roll them over into your next investment WITHOUT FIRST PAYING TAXES ON YOUR PROFIT! For example, if you had a profit of $100,000 from a property you owned, you might pay upwards of $40,000 in taxes (depending on your situation). Using 1031 rules, you can use the entire $100,000 to acquire your next real estate opportunity!

Theoretically, you can do it until you graduate/transition to the Great Real Estate Investment Club in the Sky and your properties would go to your heirs TAX-FREE!

BTW, exchanging opportunities can be found EVEN in times of low housing inventory and hard to find deals... Sound familiar?

Starting now, we will be instituting a new policy regarding how we run the meetings. This unfortunately is a response to the inconsiderate and bad characters that have been invading our recent meetings. We believe this is will result in fewer if not eliminating future meeting interruptions.

  1. You will not be able to rename yourself once you’ve entered the meeting. So make sure that when you register that you put in the information that you want to be shown as your name. You will be able to put your contact information into the chat during the meeting.
  2. We’re going to mute EVERYBODY to start with.
  3. We will invite you to unmute to let you speak ONLY if we can see your face and you've raised your hand.

It’s our fervent hope that these steps will frustrate any of these stupid people and they will stop targeting our meetings.

We believe that these actions will help us identify any of these clowns that do sneak into our meeting and by reporting them to Zoom will result in something positive for us and others that hold online meetings.

Please be patient with us as we move forward to make our meetings better and better.
