We will start the meeting with a market update by Lenska Bracknell.

We will then have the others give their deal profiles which we will use as case studies.

What will be different is that after each case study is presented, we will ask the other presenters/investors what they might have done differently. This way you will see the investment from different investors’ perspectives. And then we will solicit ideas from the audience. We will have some VERY EXPERIENCED attendees in the audience.

What we want to show you is how many of the more experienced investors “brainstorm” ideas to put deals together. They use their mastermind group, which to night will be all of us, to find better solutions to the opportunities that present themselves.

As this volatile market starts to rock ‘n roll, ALL CASH may no longer be the best answer AND by paying attention to tonight’s presenters, you will learn to recognize other opportunities that might have passed you by!
