Steve Matley - Real Estate Land Mines

This is an ambitious presentation and we will do our best to do it justice. It will have relevance wherever you are in the country. We're going to have fun and hope you'll join us... for Steve's presentation and the Aftermeeting meeing!

We're going to cover subjects relevant to most real estate investors: flipping, rehab, development, and buy and hold; to vetting projects, investors and project team members... and dealing with authorities: cities, counties and state (maybe even federal).

Because of that, we are hoping to get involvement from the audience of investors from all over the country to ask questions and step up to help provide information on their particular areas.

Steve currently works in Land Entitlement and will explain that. However, because of his knowledge and experience, we've asked Steve to help answer the needs that ALMOST EVERYBODY has regarding:
