Potluck Picnic and Salsa Dancing To Boogaloo Assassins at LACMA- FREE

This Saturday, join us for a free concert, salsa dancing, potluck picnic, and fun times with friends old and new!

Boogaloo Assassins will be playing from 5 - 7 pm. Boogaloo Assassins are a Los Angeles-based 13-piece Latin band. Their style was inspired by the Latin Boogaloo, Latin Soul, Salsa, and Latin Funk records of the 1960s.

We'll be at the Dorothy Collins Brown Amphitheater by at least 4 pm to get a good potluck picnic spot and have some time to catch up before the band starts playing. We'll have a balloon and "Meet Up" sign to mark our spot and help you find us. If you are able to come early to help set up, let us know. If we have enough members from Los Angeles Rueda show up, we'll do some rueda Saturday too.

Please bring food or beverages to share with the group. To ensure everyone's safety, make sure all food and drinks are individually wrapped. For example, bring individually packaged items instead of large communal dishes.
