4:20pm - 4:50pm PST - The SitecoreAI Migration Middle State Nobody Talks About

Migrating from Sitecore XP to SitecoreAI is rarely a straightforward transition. While migration diagrams show a clean journey from the legacy platform to the new SaaS architecture, the reality is that most organizations spend months operating in a complex middle state where both platforms must coexist.
This session explores the architectural and operational challenges of that transition, including content synchronization, hybrid routing, fragmented analytics, and personalization across XP and SitecoreAI.
Learn practical strategies for avoiding prolonged content freezes, preserving data integrity, managing parallel platform operations, and reducing migration risks. Discover why this intermediate phase can be more complex and costly than either the source or destination platform and how to plan for it before migration begins.
