(In-person) Linear Algebra "out-of-place"

(this will be more informal than not; when we find a more suitable place for presentations, we will formalize!)
I'm going to share some results of mine in achieving `c++` semantics for linear algebra that mimic more familiar human handwriting, which is attained through the use of `std::pmr`. Can we do better than Eigen?
