Welcome to the LA Private Capital & Note Investing Network.
This group is dedicated to the "Capital Stack" of real estate. We are a community for Private Lenders, Note Buyers, Syndicators, and active investors looking to fund deals.
Who should join?
Private Lenders & Note Investors: If you are looking for secured returns backed by real estate assets.
Syndicators & Fund Managers: If you are raising capital for commercial or multifamily opportunities (Rule 506b/c).
Active Flippers/Developers: If you have the deal flow but need the funding (Hard Money/Private Money).
What we do: We move beyond "Real Estate 101." Our meetups focus on deal analysis, underwriting debt, performing vs. non-performing notes, and structuring partnerships.
Our Format: Every event includes a dedicated "Haves and Wants" session to match capital with deals.
